Guidance with Respect
Inspired by Montessori philosophy and Positive Discipline, I encourage independence with guidance through meaningful choices and clear expectations. Through respectful support, children develop confidence, responsibility, and self-regulation.

孩子在清楚界限中的自由探索，最能培養內在的自律與自信。受到蒙特梭利理念與正向教養的啟發，我透過溫暖而一致的引導，讓孩子在做選擇、承擔責任的過程中，逐漸發展獨立思考、自我管理與學習的信心。
